Product Overview: Lirend is a dedicated hairstyle recording application tailored for hairstyle lovers, hairdressers and style enthusiasts. Users can upload hairstyle-related photos, add customized text notes to record styling schemes, hair care plans and daily hairstyle experiences. The application generates intuitive statistical data based on user logs, helping users analyze styling preferences and record every hairstyle change throughout daily life.

Age Access Policy

This hairstyle log recording service is exclusively accessible to users who have reached the age of eighteen (18) or older. Minors under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering accounts, uploading hairstyle photos, creating text logs, viewing statistical data and using any core functions of Lirend. The platform does not provide services for minors under any circumstances and will never collect any information belonging to underage groups. Any unauthorized usage by minors will result in immediate account restriction, and all associated legal liabilities shall be borne independently by users and their legal guardians.

1. General Terms & Acceptance

This privacy policy is formulated by the Lirend operating team, aiming to regulate data collection, processing and protection behaviors within the hairstyle log service. This legally binding agreement applies to all registered users of this application. Your access to the application, upload of hairstyle materials and creation of personal logs shall be deemed as your full acknowledgment and unconditional acceptance of all clauses contained in this policy. If you disagree with any term, you must terminate the use of this service immediately.

2. Category of Processed Data

We abide by the globally recognized minimum data collection principle. We only collect necessary data to support log creation, content management and data statistics functions, and refuse any unreasonable over-collection of user privacy data. The data processed by our platform is divided into two categories:

2.1 User Hairstyle Log Data

All original content independently created by users, including photos of various hairstyles, haircut records, styling collocations, hair care notes and all customized text content related to hairstyle management. All log content is privately owned by the corresponding user, and the user holds complete ownership.

2.2 Statistical & Operational Data

Anonymized operational data generated during service use, including user log creation frequency, data for generating hairstyle preference statistics, device basic information and application error logs. This type of data cannot be used to identify specific individuals and is only used for function maintenance, statistical module optimization and version updates.

3. Authorization Scope & Usage Rules

Users grant the operator a limited, revocable service-oriented authorization. The authorization scope is limited to storing user hairstyle logs, organizing log content, calculating and generating exclusive hairstyle statistical reports, as well as maintaining the normal operation of core functions. We explicitly declare that we will never use users’ hairstyle photos and text notes for commercial promotion, paid advertising, third-party sharing or AI training without obtaining independent written consent from users.

4. Data Storage & Cache Rules

To balance service practicability and user privacy security, our platform adopts a temporary cache storage mechanism. The server will temporarily cache users’ uploaded images and edited log content to realize content display and data statistics functions. The platform will not permanently store users’ private hairstyle logs on the server.

Once users actively delete single or multiple hairstyle logs, the cached data on the server will be permanently and irreversibly cleared in real time. The operator has no right to retain user data without permission and cannot recover any deleted log content for users under any circumstances.

5. User Data Sovereignty

As the sole owner of hairstyle logs and statistical data, users have complete data sovereignty during the entire service cycle. You have the right to upload, modify, classify and delete hairstyle photos and supporting text notes freely; view and analyze automatically generated hairstyle statistical data; export log files to your local device; adjust data collection permissions and permanently cancel your account. Users can exercise the above rights free of charge without any functional restrictions set by the platform.

6. Third-Party Data Protection

Lirend maintains absolute data isolation from all external third-party organizations. The application does not embed any third-party tracking tools, advertising SDKs or data transmission interfaces. We adhere to a strict zero-sharing policy and will never sell, rent or deliver users’ hairstyle logs and private statistical data to any external enterprises, groups or individuals.

Data disclosure is only allowed under mandatory statutory situations, including responding to valid judicial rulings and official investigation orders issued by authorized national administrative and judicial departments.

7. User Code of Conduct

When using our hairstyle log service, users need to comply with local network security laws and copyright protection regulations. Users are prohibited from uploading illegal, vulgar, violent and copyrighted infringing pictures and texts, as well as content that violates public order and good customs. All legal disputes, compensation liabilities and penalty losses caused by users’ improper use shall be borne solely by the user.

8. Policy Revision & Dispute Settlement

The operator reserves the right to revise and update this privacy policy according to functional iteration, security upgrades and legal policy adjustments. The updated clauses will be published on the privacy dedicated page inside the application with the latest update date displayed. Continued use of the service after the update takes effect will be regarded as acceptance of the revised privacy policy.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through email negotiation first. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the judicial authority where the operator is located for final judgment.
